Description:
A practice aligning breath, movement and awareness. Explore creating space in your body and mind
through gentle flow and holds. Arrive as you are and allow your practice to guide you. Suitable for all
levels. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to each class.

I hereby grant permission to the Village of Algonquin to use photographs and/or video of me and/or my minor child(ren) taken at the event in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications/media promoting or regarding the Village and its related activities.
